ShortCuts Gift Card Holder

Hello everyone~
Some of you already seen some of TSG Trendsetter's projects with using ShortCuts product. I was supposed to show my projects at the same time but I had to postpone due to the family emergency. I have made 3 projects so far and I have had so much fun with playing. Thank you Alicia (ShortCuts owner) for letting me use your awesome product! You ROCK!!

ShortCuts launched in June of 2008, the sister site to SheetLoad of Cards, is dedicated making your papercrafting quicker and easier. Everybody likes a short cut every now and then!

The first ShortCuts product, available for purchase since July 1, 2008, was Gift Card Holder Folders (GCHF).

The latest ShortCuts product, Clear & Frosted Card Blanks, will help you to make fabulous clear and frosted cards. Each of the stocks is made of a thick vinyl material. Think clear/frosted cardstock – none of that flimsy transparency material. Best of all the clear cards are fingerprint resistant. No more wearing white gloves while making your clear cards. You can also purchase the Clear & Frosted material in Full Sheets (8.5” x 11”).

Their ready-to-assemble-and-decorate products will help you create stunning creations in minutes. Make sure to drop by their blog for lots of inspiration from their wonderful design team.

Want to try ShortCuts for yourself, while saving money at the same time?!?! Just visit their Online Store and enter the discount code “TSG15” during checkout and receive 15% off your order!! *15% will be taken off package price(s) only, not S/H charges. Orders must contain at least $5.00 in product, and be placed before September 1, 2009.

OK, Here is my first project!

I used the Gift Card Holder Folder to make this holder. You don't have to measure, score or cut! Only you have to do is decorate it the way you want :) Love some of the processes can be skipped, lol.
I stamped the images from Tea For Two and colored them with Copics. I then attached the button with the vintage twine for closing.

I decorated the inside as well. Instead of inserting a gift card, I put the tea bag. You can tell my colors are inspired from the tea package, lol.

Stamps: Tea For Two, Tea For Two Special Blends (There She Goes)
Paper: gift card holder folder ivory (ShortCuts), basic black, barely banana (SU)
Ink: Memento rich cocoa, VersaMagic sahara sand (Tsukineko), Copics
Accessories: vintage button, vintage twine (PTI), rhinestones (Michael's)

Tools: corner punch (Marvy Uchida)

Thank you for stopping by. Come back to see my other projects for ShortCuts & TSG again :)
