RI Sneak Peek Blog Hop Challenge – Snow Globes & Ornaments

Happy Wednesday, everyone~

We have another sneak peek from Repeat Impressions!! If you came from Lynette’s blog, you’re on a right track. If not, you many want to visit from Repeat Impressions blog to start this fun blog hop event!!

As I mentioned the previous RI Sneak Peek last Thursday, we are releasing TWO new Christmas & Holiday sets. The first set, Christmas Penguins is available in the RI Online Store now!! (and congratulations whoever won the set! Woohoo!!) The second set, introducing here is called Snow Globes & Ornaments and it is going to be available in the store on Monday, Aug 23rd. Each image can be mixed and matched as snow globes or ornaments…it’s up to your creative mood, I guess :):) They are absolutely beautiful images for a holiday/winter season!

Here is my sneak peek card :):)

For the first card, I stamped the image with Memento ink and colored with Copic markers. Then I inked the globe with VersaMark and heat embossed with holographic EP. The background was stamped with another image from the set.  The sentiment was stamped on the fancy tag and I embellished the ribbon and pearls to finish off the card.

I also made this clean & simple card with combining SCS Color Combination 284 (CC284). CAS cards are wonderful to mass produce especially you want to send cards to many people during the holiday season. I think this card design is going to be the one for this year’s Christmas cards for me :):)  Not too much to explain about what I did but I used pearls to embellish the sentiment and inked the edge of the white card layer.

Edited: A couple people have been asking what stamps I used for this card. I used the same Snow Globes and Ornaments set from Repeat Impressions…this set is available on August 23rd in the RI online store :)

So, do you like the new Snow Globes and Ornaments collection?? How about winning an unmounted sheet of your own set??

All you need to do is to visit each of Rock Star’s blogs and collect the word they give and create a phrase! After you collect the all words and create the phrase, you need to e-mail to wendy@repeatimpressions.com to be eligible for the blog candy. You must complete the hop and email to Wendy (wendy@repeatimpressions.com ) the all words or phrase no later than 10pm EST on Sunday, August 22nd.
