Hello and happy Tuesday everyone~
I hope your week has been wonderful so far. Texas is on fire right now… My thoughts and prayers are continued to be with people who are fighting for wildfires in all over Texas. There are some wildfires in the county where I live but no evacuation are needed for us right now. Lord, please send rain over there!!
It’s time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge (FTTC134). It’s my turn to host and I am challenging you to*Keep Calm and Play with Water* - Use water for your creation. You can use images and/or elements that include water or use any techniques that include water as its supplies (for examples : water coloring, misted BG with water, water color wash).
Please visit Flourishes Blog for more information about the challenge. Looking forward to seeing your creation!!
I used Swan Lake set to create the water scene. Each image was stamped on the watercolor paper and I water-colored the scene with re-inkers and a watercolor brush. The sentiment was from Life Lines set and it was stamped on the Label 14 Nestabilities panel. Then it was layered on the frame that was cut with Fancy Tags 2. The card was designed with the cardstock and Webster's Page designer paper. The decorative border was added on the top of the card and I embellished with the sheer ribbon with tea rose and rhinestones.
A new Guest Designer, Theresa Winslow is going to join with us for the month of September!!! Woohoo!!!!
And be sure to check out other FOF’s creations too!
Stamps: Swan Lake, Life Lines (Flourishes)
Paper: baja breeze, basic black (SU), heavenly white (PaperTemptress), watercolor paper (Flourishes- not available), designer paper (WP)
