Hello everyone~
Today’s card is for Designer’s Choice Challenge from Repeat Impressions! Miriam is challenging us to do heat embossing :) You will have two weeks (Feb 14th) to enter your project. When you finish your project, make sure you link it to the DCC post at RI blog where the inlinkz are located so that you will have a chance to win the RI gift certificate! For more information about the DCC, please visit The House That Stamps Built (RI blog). Can’t wait to see your creation!
I used Swan Love (4321-J) for the image. It was colored lightly with Copic markers and I painted the entire image with VersaMark marker. Then it was heat embossed with clear embossing powder. I sponged the background with Distress Ink and colored the shadow with Copic marker. The sentiment, Someone Special (1107-F) was stamped underneath the image. The card was designed with Prima designer papers. To finish off, I added the ribbon and swirl rhinestones borders.
Be sure to check out the creations by the RI Rock Stars below to get more inspirations too!!
