Hello and happy Tuesday everyone~
It is time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge (FTTC172)! It is Amanda’s turn to host and she is challenging us to create a *white card/project* with lace and/or pearls. Please visit Flourishes blog for more information about the challenge.
I decided to use one of my new favorite sets, Hydrangea. I love Hydrangeas with all different colors and shades but my very favorite one is white. I am happy that I had an opportunity to create white ones for the challenge :) I stamped the image with Memento rich cocoa on the classic white cardstock and colored with Copic markers. I sponged the edge with Distress Ink pumice stone. I layered with the olive green carkstock layer (yes, I cheated a little) and added the border that was used Basic Grey Indie Bloom designer paper. The lace ribbon was added over the border and the pearls were embellished. The sentiment was stamped with Memento tuxedo black and die cut with SB label 4 Nestabilities. After the label was sponged with DI shabby shatters, the pearls were added to finish off.
Copic colors I used for this project:
(Lighter shades only)
Be sure to check out other FOF’s creations too!
