Today's Noon Time Challenge is for Garden Picks set and the challenge is "Bit of Texture!". It is all about creating your card or creation a little texture! Add an embossed design? Share a little glitter? How about Crystal Effects or a few sanded edges? This challenge is all about those little extras that give a card POP! If you upload to Splitcoaststampers, please use the keyword FLLCAUGRW1. Entries must be in before Friday, Aug 10th at 5PM EST. For the challenge, I did dry embossing and Faux/Letterpress with M-Bossabilities on the vellum cardstock. The tutorial is HERE at Splitcoaststampers. I love how it turned out and how easy it was :) The image was stamped on the classic ivory cardstock with Memento tuxedo black and colored with Copic markers. Then the panel was sponged with Memento angel pink using the blending tool. The rest of the card was designed with the same ivory cardstock. The designer paper was add for the border and I embellished it with the ruffle edge trim. The sentiment was stamped on the vellum piece and the pearls were embellished to finish off.
