Hello and happy Tuesday everyone~
It is time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge (FTTC186). Amanda is challenging us to find a Christmas photo on Pinterest as an inspiration for your Christmas card/project.
For this challenge, The FLLC Design Team are joining us and showcasing the September release set, Poinsettia and Pine.
Please visit Flourishes blog for more information about the challenge.
I used the photo above for my inspiration. It is not a traditional Christmas colors or style but I love all the greens and yellow, metallic gold and silver.
I stamped the image and colored with Copic markers and fuss-cut to attache the image on the card. The The background was dry embossed with the embossing folder and sponged with ink. Then the Spellbinders die cut frame and decorative corner tags are adhered as layers. The sentiment was stamped on the Spellbinders fancy tag die. To finish off, I embellished with the silver pearls.
Copic colors I used for this project:
Other supplies: Memento tuxedo black, summer sky, classic white cardstock, CME Pistachio cardstock, pearls, ribbons, Spellbinder dies, CB die, Sizzix embossing folder
Be sure to check out other FLLC DT and FOF’s creations too!
