Flourishes October New Release Sneak Peek! - Day 3

Happy Friday!!

Well dear stamping friends, the sneaks are over and we're taking the lid off Flourishes' October Release! Are you ready to see all three of these sets in their full glory? Well, they are all live, right now, in the Flourishes store HERE!

Now on to our final offering, one that is a gorgeous display of botanical beauty!

Named after the stars that lit the way for the birth of Jesus, this beautiful star-shaped flower embraces a meaning of purity, hope and happiness. Illustrated by Marcella Hawley, this set offers a beautiful and sweet scented way to ring in the Christmas season. This 4 by 6" set also offers four scripted sentiments perfect for your seasonal creations!

Flourishes is also unveiling something else...... just in time for Christmas!

You'll want to grab a copy for sure! Here is my card using Star of Bethlehem:

To tell the truth, I never knew what the Star of Bethlehem flowers were until I got this set...I had to google them and I just had to color with exactly what they looked like, lol. Maybe I will color with different shades next time. They were very pretty on the pictures I searched. I hope my coloring was close enough... I needed a color to pop and I think using red was just right for the image and Christmas/Holiday.

Supplies:
Classic White cardstock, Color Made Easy cardstock - Sunflower, Evergreen, MME designer paper pad
Memento - Tuxedo Black, Pistachio
Copic markers - Olive Green, Sunflower, E40, 41 and Y000
CME ribbon - Poppy/Basque Red, pearls
Classic Windows die, decorative border punch

While you're hopping about and seeing all the beautiful things our design team created using the Star of Bethlehem set, don't forget to try to figure out.....
