Hello again,
It’s another new week for Stamp of the Week from Repeat Impressions!! This week’s SOTW stamp is “Maranda’s New Bathing Suit (2425-K) ”. Isn’t she cute? The SOTW is available exclusively to our RI blog readers at 50% OFF with the special discount code from Mon, Dec 13th – Sun, Dec 19th. To get the discount code and more information about the SOTW, please go to the RI blog “The House That Stamps Built”.
I decided to make something other than Winter/Holiday theme and created the beach scene. The SOTW stamp was colored with Copic markers and paper pieced the bathing suit. I sponged the ocean and sky using masking technique. I also stamped Clouds (3403-F) randomly and lightly. I torn a few cardstock, sprayed with copper shimmer spray and layered each sand layer. Then I attached the surfboard with Daisy (2625-C) and the SOTW stamp and stamped Bamboo (5704-L) and Live for… (3103-F).
To finish off, the card was embellished with Prima flowers with rhinestones and die cut leaves.
Be sure to check out the creations by the RI Rock Stars below to get more inspirations too!!
