Hello and happy Kitchen Sink Monday everyone~
I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I did some DIY for my rent house… now the house exterior is almost finished with the fresh coat of paint and one additional bedroom!
Since I was busy with working outside, I only managed to make one card this weekend but I did some challenges with the card :)
The card was combined with these challenges:
Sunday Everything Plus with Kitchen Sink Challenge 10 (EP10) – Use any animal stamps
Tuesday Kitchen Pantry challenge 11 (KPC11) – Sponging,
Wednesday Stock Up on Occasion Challenge (KSOCEaster),
and Friday Sketch Carte Challenge 12 (FSCC12)
I used 3 Step Hey Chick! and Ready 4 Any Holiday for this Easter card. Don’t you love the baby chick popped from the Easter egg?! I was not sure about the color combo first but now it’s growing into me ;) The white circles on the purple frame was colored with white gel pen. You can made perfect circles with the label Nestabilities!
These are the steps I did for each image:
Chick: 4th – Memento rich cocoa, 3rd – rich cocoa (1 x stamp off), 2nd – Memento dandelion, 1st – dandelion (1 x stamp off)
Cracked Egg: 3rd – Memento grape jelly, 2nd – grape jelly (1 x stamp off), 1st – Memento lulu lavender
