Curtain Call {ACT57}

curtain call 57 front porch at blairpeterHello and happy Sunday everyone!

My kids are out of school for a whole week… and it’s harder to find a stamping time. Anyway, I made a card for Curtain Call Color Challenge {ACT57}. I hope you will have a time to play this week’s Curtain Call because it’s a great color combo for cards to our guys ;)

Please visit Stacey’s Stamping Stage for more detail about the challenge.

Here is my card…

SONY DSC

I hope you like my Cowboy theme card Smile I used Multi Step Cowboy Hat from Kitchen Sink Stamps for the main image and greeting “Yee haw!”. The plaids patterns and the thin gray lines of the background were also created with Plaid Plus! To finish off the card, I attached the stamped blue stars using Multi Step Ornaments & Stars and tied the brown twine on the one of stars.

SC305

I used the sketch from SCS Sketch Challenge 305 (SC305).

These are the steps I did for each image:
(Cowboy Hat) 3rd – cajun craze, 4th – chocolate chip, 5th – early espresso, 2nd – cajun craze (1 x stamp off), 1st – crumb cake

(Stars) 1st – tempting turquoise (1 x stamp off), 2nd – 2nd tempting turquoise, 3rd – not quite navy
