KS Monday–Valentine’s Day Exchange Cards

SONY DSC

Hello and happy Kitchen Sink Monday everyone~

The Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and everything is decorated so pretty with pink & red even in the cyber world …which I don’t mind at all. I love the Valentine colors :)

Since my kids exchange note cards for Valentine’s Day every year, I decided to make 3” x 3” note cards using Multi Step Sweet Heart Roses set. These are just three of many … I kept each card simple so that I can mas-produce them. You can make 8 note cards from 12” x 12” cardstock w/o wasting papers ;)

KSS - FSCC05

I used this wonderful sketch from KS Crew Friday Sketch Carte Challenge 5 (FSCC05). The sketch works for note cards wonderfully! My color combo was came from CR84FN Color Challenge 14 (CR84FN14).

These are the steps I did for each image:

(Light Pink Rose Heart) 4th – SU regal rose, 3rd – SU pretty in pink, 2nd – SU pink pirouette, 1st – pink pirouette (1 x stamp off)

(Chocolate Rose Heart) 4th – SU early espresso, 3rd – SU soft suede, 2nd – SU crumb cake, 1st – crumb cake (1 x stamp off)
