Hello and happy Wednesday everyone~
Hope your week has been wonderful so far. I have one card for What If? Wednesday Sketch Challenge from Repeat Impressions!
Wendy has posted this wonderful sketch for you to play! You will have 2 weeks (until Tuesday, Mar 22nd) to enter your card for the challenge over RI Blog “The House That Stamps Built”. All participants will have a chance to win a $25 Repeat Impressions gift certificate!! I hope you will play along with us! Please check out RI Blog for more detail.
Here is my card using the sketch.
I used Shade of the Elm (2908-I) for the image and Live For… (3103-F) for the sentiment. The image was colored with Copic markers lightly and the mat was sponged with ink & dauber. The circle frames were created with overlapping the mat cutting with Lacey Circles Nesties. To finish off, I attached the ribbon with the ribbon tag and rhinestones on the corner.
Be sure to check out the creations by the RI Rock Stars below to get more inspirations too!!

Wonderful job with the sketch, Maki! That sentiment is perfect with that image!
Great card Maki; I love the pop of blue and black - is that the color behind the blue or is it dark brown? Regardless it REALLY makes those decorative circles pop. Gorgeous!
Beautiful card- I especially like the layering of the lacey circles!
So pretty, Makiko! Love the stamp and sentiment, and I love the double lacy circles!
Very pretty Makiko! Love the layers and the pretty ribbon with the ribbon label!
Gorgeous take on the sketch, Makiko. Your coloring and choice of colors are both fantastic!
