Today you're going to see some fun creations from the Design Team with a couple of our still beautiful but older sets Ferns and Fiddles and Falling Leaves ...perfectly inspiring for the upcoming season of Autumn!
Here is my card
I don't even remember the last time when I used this set! I am so glad it was focused on today. It is such a fantastic set to create some nature and earthy cards and projects! Have you noticed I made my own designer paper? Remind of vintage wall papers, don't you think? ;) Including the background, I combined some nature elements and colors for the entire card.Ferns & Fiddles
Classic White cardstock, Color Made Easy cardstock - Evergreen, Rich Browns, Sunflower, MME designer paper
Memento - Espresso Truffle, Pistachio, Cantaloupe
Copic Markers - Evergreen
burlap lace trim, rhinestones
Classic Keyhole die, decorative edger

Ohhhhhh Maki! The colors, design and texture.... I guess one cannot learn this, one has to be BORN with it. {sigh} I love visiting here to see what you make.
I am in love with this card, Maki. The stamped background and pretty trim just make this shine. :)
Your card is beautiful! I love that trim.
This is out of this world gorgeous! Love the background and the fern looks so real!
yes, Maki, I sure do think that the background paper looks like the vintage wall paper. In fact I remember many houses has green leaves with ecru or white wall paper yrs ago. the burlap added to the gorgeous leaf is perfect.
So rich and earthy Maki! I love the ribbon you paired - it's perfect and the main fern looks so beautiful!
Beautiful Maki. Your background is wonderful and lots of fussy cutting on the leaves. Awesome card.
Maki this is so pretty. What a great way to use this set. I have always struggled with it. Love this.
