Hello everyone~
It’s second day of Flourishes August Release Sneak Peek and I am so excited to join with the fabulous FLLC DT today!! The new stamp set for today’s sneak peek is called Hollyhocks, illustrated by Marcella Hawley!! This set is breathtaking and the hollyhocks image is bigger than the one I normally use but it is so worth to take the time to color!! Be sure to visit Flourishes Blog for how to win Hollyhocks and the entire August release.
The card size is 5 1/2” x 5 1/2”. You can estimate how big the hollyhocks stamp is. I colored the image with Copic markers (Poppy, Tea Rose, Dusty Rose, Evergreen, Y15, 11 and C03, 01, 00). I also adhered some of the colored flowers & leaves to give some dimensional. Then I looped the cotton ribbon around the lattice rectangle frame and embellished the bow with the rhinestone brad. The designer paper was punched around with the border punch & corner punches. To finish off, I adhered the sentiment mat on the frame.
Want to win this beautiful set? Well, here’s how! Can you guess…..
That’s right — one of our designers on the link list below is the Mystery Blogger! So, you’ll want to leave comments on all of their blogs. Why? Because one of them will be choosing one lucky comment on today’s post and that commenter will win this set!
