RI Designer’s Choice Challenge–Greens & Purples

Beautiful_Days_3_edited

Happy Wednesday and Independence Day!!

It is time for Designer’s Choice Challenge from Repeat Impressions! Lynette is challenging us to use *greens and purples* for your creation!! I love the color combo and don’t have any problems with using them :)

You will have two weeks (Jul 17) to enter your project. When you finish your project, make sure you link it to the DCC post at RI blog where the inlinkz are located so that you will have a chance to win the RI gift certificate! For more information about the DCC, please visit The House That Stamps Built (RI blog). Can’t wait to see your creation!

I used Hydrangea (9205-O) from Beautiful Days Collection. It is just perfect flowers for purples & greens, isn’t it? I colored the image with Copic markers and layered on the SB fancy tags die. (The tag was cut in the half so that it fits with the image.) The sentiment, Thinking of You (1105-E) was stamped on the tag of the same tag die set. To finish off, the white pearls and purple rhinestones were embellished.

Be sure to check out the creations by the rest of RI Rock Stars below to get more inspirations too!!

Beauriful coloring! The pearl accents really set off the sentiment.
