TSG Sneak Peek- Day 1 & Blog Candy!!

It's almost February! It means There She Goes is going to release the THREE new stamp sets on Sunday, February 1st!! It also means it's the time for the sneak peeks :)

もう直ぐ、2月。2月に入るということは、、There She Goesから、アメリカ時間の2月1日日曜日に、新しいスタンプセットが3つ出るというです!!新しいスタンプが出るということは、スニークピークの期間がやってきたということです(笑）

このスニークピークに合わせて、デザインチーム全員が、Jessicaさんからミニセット(5ドル）1セットをギブアウェイに頂きました!!このブログキャンディーにエントリーするには、ここにコメント(1回だけでお願いします）を残してください。土曜日にRandom.orgを使って、当選者を選び、PCP There She Goesグループで行われるリリースチャットパーティーの間(西海岸時間７－９ｐｍ）に発表する予定です。(当選者が発表される時に、チャットルームにいる必要はありません）

あと、もう1つだけ。。。2月のＴＳＧゲストデザイナーをJulie Laceyさんが担当する事になりました。彼女のスタイルが大好きなので、とっても嬉しいです。Julieさん、宜しく～(て、日本語で書いてもわからないか。。。）



Back to the card.... don't you love this adorable squrrel ??? The set is called "You're So Punny!" It's a colaboration of Jessica and Holly (yeah both so talented!!) All the images are stickin' cute and the sentiments are just funny (I used "Awww... Nuts" for the card)!! I can tell you it's so easy and fun to color!!
For this card, I used Prismacolor pencils and gamsol. I also added Twinkling H2Os a little ;)

I combined 2 challenges.
The one challenge is TSG Montly Challenge (TSG03) "Going Dimensional"- to add the dimension to your card. If you are up for the challenge, upload your work to SCS with keyword TSG03 by Friday. The bonus is -- if you use TSG stamps for the challenge, you have a chance to win one of the brand new released sets!!
As you see, I used the dimensionals for the squirrel. I really like how it turned out. The dimensional gives the squarrel a life (I don't want to happen IRL, lol) I colored the every layers, too! I just like to do it - looks more completing, don't you think?

The other challenge is the one year anniversary of the Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge. I used the sketch from Stephanie (TECC52SH) {{hi Steph!}} The sketch went so well with the stamps and I'm just happy with it :)

それでは、カードの話に戻します＾＾このイメージ、とっても可愛いでしょ?　このセットは、「You're So Punny!｣というセットで、JessicaさんとHollyさんのコラボレーションです(才能のある2人ですね～本当）。イメージ全てがとっても可愛らしく、一緒に面白い言葉(このカードでは、Awww... Nutsを使っています）も入っています。カラーリングも、簡単に楽しくできますよ。このカードでは、私はプリズマカラーペンシルとをモルツベン使いました。それと、Twinkling H2Osも少し使っています。

今回、2つのチャレンジにも挑戦しました。
１つは、TSGのマンスリーチャレンジ（TSG03) 「Going Demensinal｣－ディメンション(ポップアップ）を使って、カードを作るです。もし、このチャレンジに参加するなら、金曜日までにSCSのギャラリーにアップロードし、キーワードTSG03を入れておいてください。TSGのスタンプを使った方の中から、抽選で新発売のスタンプセットの中から1つをプレゼントするそうです。
このカードも、見てわかると思いますが、リスをディメンションさせています。ポップアップさせた感じが結構好きで、リスに動きがでますよね。(本当に動いちゃったら怖いけど。。。）レイヤーさせた全てに同じ様に色を塗っています。ただ、好きなだけで別にこれといった理由はありませんが、自分で完成した満足感が出るだけです。

もう1つのチャレンジは、the Taylored Expressions カップケーキチャレンジ1周年記念スケッチチャレンジです。私のは、Stephanieさんのスケッチ（TECC52SH)のを使わせていただきました。有難う、Steph!このスケッチに、イメージがちゃんとはまってくれたので満足しています。

CC203 -- I Have to Use Pacific Point!!

Hello everyone~
It's getting coooold here in Texas! I hope we don't have an ice storm (keeping cross the fingers).

I did SCS's Color Combination challenge 203 (CC203). The combo is baja breeze, pacific point and garden green. When I saw it over SCS, I almost skipped today's challenge. I love the look of pacific point but it is the one that makes me difficult to use. After I was browsing the gallery, I decided to give it a try because I loved what some of the stampers did with the colors.

ここテキサスは、寒くなってきてます!!アイスストームが来なければいいんですが。。。

今日は、ＳＣＳのカラーコンビネーションチャレンジ203（CC203)をしました。今回のコンボは、baja breeze, pacific point, gaden green (Stampin' Up! の色を抜粋）。ＳＣＳで、この色のコンビを見た時、今日はスキップしようかな～と思っていました。pacific pointの色は好きなんですが、使うには苦手な色です。ギャラリーを少し見てから、この色を使った素敵なカードが沢山合ったので、自分もトライする事にしました。


I used the resist technique for the fern on the grid panel and added the colors with the brayer and sponges. Then I stamped the dragonflies with garden green. The flowers were water colored with the reinkers and Twinkling H2Os. After they were dry, I trimmed and mounted one the card. I also added the Stickles to the center of flowers.
The sentiment was stamped with white craft ink and the rhinestones were added.

升目のパネルのシダは、レジストのテクニックを使い、その後、全体にブレイヤーとスポンジで色を付けました。それから、garden greenを使って、トンボを捺しました。花は、インカーとTwinkling H2Osを使って、ウォーターカラーリングし、切り取った後、カードに貼り付けました。花の中心には、Sticklesを付けています。
最後に、ホワイトクラフトインクで言葉を捺し、ラインストーンを付けました。

"Love ATC! " ATC challenges

About a week ago, I hosted ATC Challenge #24 over "Love ATC!", Mixi's (Japanese social networking service) community group.

The theme of the challenge was "WOMAN" and the rules were:
- Use woman's stamps or the related stamps
- Color ATC(s) with some kinds of coloring medium
- Use red in the ATC(s)

約1週間前に、Mixiのコミュニティー、「Ｌｏｖｅ　ＡＴＣ！」で行われているＡＴＣチャレンジ＃24の担当をさせて頂きました。

FS103 Bloomin' Sunflowers

Today's card is for SCS Featured Stamper 103 (FS103). The stamper is a very talented stamper Vicky Gould!! Her gallery is a full of beautiful creations and I decided to case the one of my favorites.

皆さん、こんにちは～
今日のカードは、ＳＣＳのフィーチャースタンパー103（ＦＳ１０３）で作ったカードです。スタンパーは、とても才能のあるスタンパー、Vicky Gouldさんです!!彼女のギャラリーは、素敵な作品で一杯ですが、今回は私の大好きなカードの中から、こちらをケースしました。(上のPotted Sunflowersをクリックすると、Ｖｉｃｋｙさんのカードが見られます）


Here is my card
こちらが私のカード

I love the Sunflowers and clouds on her card so I kept them same. I changed the stamps, color combo, used the ribbon instead of the photo corner and added the sentiment.
For the clouds, I made the mask with the scalloped oval punch. I repeated to place the mask, ink with sponge around it, and move the mask until the paper was filled with the cloulds.
I stamped the stems and mounted the stamped and cut-out sunflowers. I used the dimensionals for the bigger sunflowers.

彼女のヒマワリと雲がとっても気に入ってるので、これらはそのまま使っています。スタンプと、色の組み合わせを変えて、フォトコーナーの代わりにリボンを使い、言葉を付けました。
雲の作り方は、スカロップオーバルパンチを使ってマスクを作り、マスクを位置づけ、その周りをスポンジでインクを付け、マスクをまた動かすという方法を、紙に雲が埋まるまでリピートしています。
その後、茎をスタンプし、スタンプしてカットしたヒマワリを、その上に付けました。大きなヒマワリは、ポップアップを使って付けています。

I decorated inside, too.
中もデコレートしてみました。

IC164 & OCC challenge

Hello everyone~
It's rainy Saturday here in Texas. The tempreture dropped about 30 degree lower from yesterday :-0

Today's card is for SCS Inspiration challenge 164 (IC164) - Lang Calendars. Lang Calendars company carries beautiful calendars that you would love to give or get for Christmas gifts (I do!!)

テキサスは、雨の土曜日です。気温も昨日に比べて、15度も低い気温です(寒～）

今日のカードは、ＳＣＳのインスピレーションチャレンジ164 (IC164) - Lang カレンダーで作りました。Langカレンダーは、とっても綺麗なカレンダーを取り揃えていて、クリスマスギフトにあげたり、貰っても嬉しいカレンダーだと思います(私個人の好みですが)

I also combined today's Our Creative Corner challenge (OCCC) together. It was a great sketch from Jennifer. Thank you, Jennifer!

The stamps are "Friendship Flowers" from There She Goes. It's the one of the first sets Jessica designed and they are just fantastic!! (Love ya, Jessica!)
As you can see, my flower pots were positioned like the ones of the calendar. I colored them with Copic markers and some of the flower pots were monted with the dimensinals.
I try to keep the design simple and soft colors. However, simple cards sometimes take a long time to finish. It's almost 2 hours to finish the cards!! I'm such a slow stamper...;)

このカードでは、今日のＯＣＣのチャレンジ（ＯＣＣＣ）も一緒にチャレンジしました。Ｊｅｎｎｉｆｅｒさんからの素敵なスケッチが、今回のチャレンジです。Ｊｅｎｎｉｆｅｒさん、有難う!

スタンプは、There She Goesからの「Friendship Flowers」を使いました。このセットは、Jessicaさんがデザインした最初のスタンプセットで、とっても素敵です!!
見手わかると思いますが、植木鉢をカレンダーの鉢の様に位置づけました。それをコピックマーカーで色を付け、鉢のいくつかは、ポップアップして貼っています。
全体的にデザインをシンプルにて、淡い色を使いました。でも、シンプルなのって、時々完成するのに時間がかかるんですよね～。これも、2時間ぐらいかかってしまいました(汗）私って、本当にのろまなスタンパーですね(笑）

WT202 & LSC204

Hello everyone~
It's finally Friday!! It was a busy week and I'm ready to take a rest :) Of course I make a time for stamping, too!!

皆さん、こんにちは～
やっと金曜日です！！今週は、忙しい1週間だったので、少し一息つきたいところです。勿論、スタンプの時間も、ちゃんととりますけど(笑）

I did 2 challenges over SCS for the last couple days. The card above is for Way To Use It challenge 202 (WT202). It was a pretty fun challenge with using designer papers.
I used 2 retired designer papers from Stampin' Up! and made the dry embossed paper with Cuttle Bug embossing folders. I trimmed the one to look like waves and mounted them over the other one.
The beer and boat image was colored with Copic markers. I thought it would be a great birthday card for a guy who loves beers and fishing!

I used "LOL Taglines" and "Send with Love" from There She Goes.

ここ2日で、ＳＣＳのチャレンジを2つしました。上のカードは、Way To Use Itチャレンジ202（WT202)で作ったものです。パターンペーパーを使っての結構楽しいチャレンジでした。
Stampin' Up!から廃盤になったパターンペーパーを2種類使い、カトルバグのエンボスフォルダーで、ドライエンボスをしました。1枚を波になるように切り、もう1枚の紙に貼り付けています。
ビール缶とボートのイメージは、コピックマーカーで色を付けました。ビールと釣りが好きな男性にピッタリのバースデーカードになりそうですね(笑)

スタンプは、There She Goesの「LOL Taglines」と「Send with Love｣を使っています。




カードに捺した文章の訳：男に魚を与えたら、一日中魚を食べてるし、男に魚の釣り方を教えたら、一日中ボートの上でビールを飲んでいる　(本当に、男の人って。。。って、思う感じですね。）

Paper: old olive, kraft, chocolate chip, whisper white, designer papers (SU)

Ink: Palette noir black (Superior), copic markers

Accessories: brads, ribbon, embossing folders, oval punch, designer label punch

The next one is for Limited Supplies challenge 204 (LSC204). The challenge is to use black as a card base.
I just got this adorable Japanese Geisha image from The Greeting Farm. It's a digital image and you can save it in your PC and print it out whenever you need. I still love rubber stamps but this is a great way if you want to use the image right away. Many of my stamping firends live in Japan and I'm sure the digital stamps will help them save money (especially, shipping costs).

When I tried to color it with Copic markers for the first time, the ink bled bad. So for the second time, I sprayed Fixatif before coloring and Wala! the problem solved!! I will try Prismacolor pencils & gamsol and watercoloring later if they are worked or not. I will let you know how they turn out :)

次のカードは、リミットサプライチャレンジ204（LSC204)で作りました。チャレンジは、カードベースに黒を使うチャレンジです。
この可愛らしい芸者のイメージは、The Greeting Farmで購入しました。これは、デジタルスタンプなので、ダウンロードをして、パソコンにセーブし、使いたい時にプリンターでプリントアウトするスタンプです。ずっとラバースタンプＬＯＶＥの私ですが、もしイメージを直ぐに使いたいという時は、こういう方法も悪くないと思います。日本にいる皆さんも、お金がセーブできるのでは？(送料とかは、特にお金がかかりますよね）

初めて、これをコピックマーカーで色付けしたとき、インクが滲んで台無しになったので、次は、フキサチーフをスプレーしてから色を塗ったら、インクも滲まず結果オーライ！今度は、プリズマカラーとモルツベンや水彩色も試してみようと思います。結果は、後ほど報告しますね。

Mojo Monday Sketches

2nd post for today!!
I've played Mojo Monday sketches for last couple weeks. I love Julie's (the owner of Verve Stamps) sketches and they made me feel like I'm a creative stamper, hehe.


The card above was used this week's sketch (Mojo70). As soon as I saw the long rectangle panel, I knew what kind of stamps I wanted to use!
All stamps are from Kitchen Sink Stamps. The background were made with Cuttlebug embossing folder. I cut the circles and sentiment panel with Nestabilities. I thought I needed something to finish the card....so I attached the butterfly and pearls.

今日2度目の更新です！
ここ数週間、Mojo Mondayスケッチで遊んでいます。Julie（Verve Stampsのオーナー）さんのスケッチがとても素敵で、これを使ってカードを作ると、自分がクリエイティブなスタンパーになった気がします(笑）

上のカードは、今週のスケッチ（Mojo70)を使いました。長い長方形のパネルを見て、直ぐにどのスタンプを使うかが決まりました！
全てのスタンプは、Kitchen Sink Stampsを使っています。バックグランドは、カトルバグのエンボスフォールダーを使って作りました。サークルと言葉のパネルは、ネスタビリティーを使っています。カードが何か足りない気がしたので、蝶とパールを付けました。

The next card was also used Mojo Monday sketch week of 69 (Mojo69). The card is for my daughter's birthday sleepover party. Thanks to the sketch, I finished the card so quick!! I made 6 and took only 1 hour to make!! I didn't use any embellishments so they weren't bulky...Honestly, I was just stingy :0 I didn't want to use nice embellies for something that I don't know whether it was kept or not. All stamps are from Papertrey Ink and I used SU Haiku dp (I love them so much!!) I added the detail with white gel pen for the flowers on the cake.

次のカードは、Mojo Monday スケッチ - ウィーク６９（Mojo69)を使いました。このカードは、娘の誕生日パーティー兼お泊り会の招待状です。スケッチのおかげで、すごい速さでカードを作ることが出来ました。6枚作ったんですが、1時間ぐらいで出来ちゃいました!　嵩張らないように、エンベリッシュメントを使わずに作りました。。。正直言いますと、ケチな部分がでまして・・・・だって、キープしてくれるかわからないものに、エンベリをつけるのも勿体無いですよね～。多分、カードの何枚かは、ゴミ箱行きになることだし。。。

全てのスタンプは、Papertrey Inkを使い、SUのHaikuデザイナーペーパー(すごく気に入っています！）を使いました。白のジェルペンを使って、ケーキの花にディテールを付けています。

SC212 -- Oh Nuts!!

Hello everyone~
It's a beautiful day here in Texas. The high is going to be 70F today!! I don't complain :)

皆さん、こんにちは～
テキサスは、晴天の日を迎えました。今日は、最高気温21Ｃまで上がるそうです。文句無しの日ですね：）

This card is for SCS Sketch challenge 212 (SC212). I admit shamelessly... I need a card something like this from time to time ;)
I used all stamps from Kitchen Sink Stamps. I love the squirrel and if this cutie was my mail box, I would forgive anything, lol.

このカードは、ＳＣＳのスケッチチャレンジ２１２（ＳＣ２１２）で作ったものです。恥かしい事ですが、時々このようなカードを送ることがあります。。。
スタンプは全て、Kitchen Sink Stampsを使いました。リスがとても可愛いでしょ?こんな可愛いリスが、自分の郵便箱に入っていたら、思わず何でも許しちゃいそうですね(笑）

The back panel was made with Sizzix die from Stampin' Up! and I doodled the dots ourside the panel. (BTW, SU has a new catalog! )
The words "oh nuts!" were stamped diagonally on Autumn Vine dp. I added the acorn with the dimensionals on the stamped squirrel.
The ribbon, sentiment and buttons were added for finishing.

バックのパネルは、Stampin' Up!から販売されているシジックスダイを使っています。そのパネルの外側に点々を付けました。(話は飛びますが、SUから新しいカタログが出ました！）
言葉の”oh nuts!（しまった！）”は、パターンペーパーに斜めに捺してあります。どんぐりは、スタンプを捺したリスにポップアップさせ貼りました。
リボン、言葉、ボタンを最後に付けています。

FS102 & CC202

Hello everyone~
It's getting cold outside here in Texas (maybe just me...I'm a cold nature). Barack Obama offically became President of the U.S. I always believe anything possible and believe more after he was elected. Congratulations President Obama!

Well, I have 2 cards to show you.

皆さん、こんにちは～
テキサスなのに、とても寒いです(もしかしたら、寒がりの私だけかも。。。）。オバマ氏が今日アメリカの大統領になりましたね。私は、不可能な事は無いという言葉を信じていますが、彼が大統領に選ばれた時に、この言葉をもっと信じるようになりました。オバマ大統領、おめでとうございます!!

今回は、2枚のカードをアップしました。




This card is made for SCS Featured Stamper 102 (FS102). The featured stamper is THE Lori Craig (Stamp_momma)!! I just looooove her gallery. If you are not familiar with her work, I hope you will check it!! She does such a fabulous job!
I also combined Our Creative Corner challenge (OCCC). The challenge is "Embossing resist".

I cased Lori's card: Imagine

I used "Butterfly Happiness" from There She Goes. I stamped the vines on the card case randomly and stamped it once on the white cardstock with VersaMark Dazzle. And I heat embossed with clear embossing powder. After adding some colors on the embossed panel, I made the grids with Scor-Pal just like Lori's card.
I stamped the sentiment and layered the brown scalloped panel. And I attached the brads, the butterfly and ribbon.

このチャレンジと一緒に、Our Creative Cornerのチャレンジ（ＯＣＣＣ）もしました。今回のチャレンジは、「エンボスレジスト｣です。

ケースしたLoriさんのカード：　Imagine

スタンプは、There She Goesからの「Butterfly Happiness」を使いました。蔦のスタンプをカードベース全体にランダムに捺し、白のカードストックには、VersaMark Dazzleを使って捺しました。そして、クリアエンボスパウダーでヒートエンボスをしています。エンボスをしたパネルに少し色を付けた後、Loriさんのカードと同じ様に、Scor-Palを使って升目を作りました。その後、言葉を捺し、茶色のスカロップパネルに貼り、ブラッド、蝶、リボンを付けています。

Paper: soft sky, chocolate chip, whisper white (SU)

Ink: soft sky, chocolate chip (SU), VersaMark Dazzle (Tsukineko)

Accessories: ribbon, brads, butterfly punch, Nestabilities, Scor-Pal

Next card is for SCS Color Combination challenge 202 (CC202). It's such a beautiful color combo and I love it. However, loving it and being great are totally a different thing, lol. It took more time than I was expected!

I stamped Inspired by Nature stamp with kiwi kiss and then stamped again with regal rose on another cardstock. I trimmed the flowers and mounted on the kiwi kiss flowers. I dubbed bravo burgundy for the flowers and old olive for the stems & leaves. And I paper pierced the panel and layer the bravo burgundy panel. At last I attached the scalloped border w/ the sentiment and ribbon & the brads.

次のカードは、ＳＣＳのカラーコンビネーションチャレンジ２０２(ＣＣ２０２）でつくったものです。色のコンビがとても綺麗ですごく好きなんですが、好きと得意は、全く違いますね。思ったよりも四苦八苦し、時間がかかりました(汗）

初めに、黄緑色のインクでお花のスタンプを捺し、もう一枚のカードストックに、今度はピンクのインクで同じイメージを捺しました。そして、ピンクの花を切り取り、黄緑色のイメージの上に貼り付けました。
赤茶色のインクで花に、オリーブ色のインクで葉と茎に色を暈かしました。その後、ピアシングでパネルに穴を開け、赤茶色のパネルに貼っています。最後に、言葉を捺したスカロップのボーダーを貼り、リボンとブラッドを付けました。

Paper: regal rose, bravo burgundy, kiwi kiss, whisper white

Ink: regal rose, bravo burgundy, kiwi kiss, old olive
