Hello everyone, I hope you liked yesterday's TSG Sneak Peek :) We have more to show you!!
If you hopped over here from Julie's blog, you are on a right track. If not, you may want to start from TSG Blog for playing this Blog Hop challenge.

There She Goes are releasing two mini sets - Stick Together and HSH Hanukkah Additions. Both sets are great additions for your hand made Holiday cards. They can be used by itself to make beautiful creations or mixed & matched with the other TSG sets you already own!! The more wonderful thing is they are only $7 each!! Woohoo!!

I made four cards using Stick Together for today's Sneak Peek and There She Goes challenge 26 (TSG26) - 10 min. Holiday cards :) Since it took only less than 10 minutes to make one card, I changed the color combo for each one and made four :):) The set like Stick Together is just perfect to make non holiday related winter cards and send them out to friends and family who live in places where they celebrate Holidays other than Christmas -- like my friends and family in Japan :)

Hello everyone~
It's another fun TSG Sneak Peek day for you!! If you came from Julie's blog, you are on a right track. If not, I will recommend to go over TSG Blog to start this fun challenge.

Today's Sneak Peek set is called HSH (home sweet home) Holiday Additions. It's a huge set (42 stamps for only $23!) and you can mix & match with Home Sweet Home set that was released last month. It has everything you need to create your own warm and inviting holiday scene. Not only are there a ton of new images for your fireplaces but there are also larger images you can use independently on your projects for even more versatility!!

As you see, I didn't use the fireplace image...I thought this set worked with another wonderful set, Welcome Home. I was so glad I was right, lol.
I stamped the entrance scene and colored with Copics. Then I stamped the garland silhouette image with Memento cottage ivy and then stamped the garland line image with white pigment ink. The little red dots were drawn with Copic & red gel pen. The wreath image was made with the same way as the garland images and adhered on the door with dimensional adhesives. The bows were also colored with Copic, trimmed and adhered on the places as the photo shown. The sentiment from HSH HA set was stamped on the door mat with Memento cottage ivy.

- OK, do you want to win HSH Holiday Addtions??
All you have to do is to go to each of the Trendsetter’s Blogs and leave a comment on thier HSH Holiday Additions Blog Hop Challenge post. FTTC39 --Border Punches

To see There She Goes Sneak Peek & Blog Hop Challenge - Card Bins, please scroll down to the previous post. Thank you.

Hello everyone~
It is time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge(FTTC39)! It is the last Tuesday of the month so we have a guest challenge host this week. Our challenge host is Kathy Jones (aka wattle) all the way from Australia. Thanks so much, Kathy for hosting a challenge with us. Kathy is challenging us to use border punches or borderbilities. You decide if you want to use just one border, different patterns, or layer several for a fanciful look. Whatever you decide, we would love to see what you create! Have fun with this one! The skies the limit!

On the Classic White cardstock, I stamped the wreath image using Seasonal Wreaths set and colored with Copics - Tea Rose Collection. Then I painted it with 2 way glue pen and sprinkled glitters over the image.
For the background, I used Basic Gray Eskimo Kiss and coordinated the colors from the designer paper. I made the 3 scalloped borders using the border punch and layered them. To show the scalloped details, I sponged the edges with white pigment ink. I also sponged the embossed mat with the same white ink.
The satin ribbon and pearls are added to complete the card.

Stamps: Seasonal Wreaths (Flourishes)
Paper: pink pirouette, cranberry crisp (SU), classic white (Flourishes), Eskimo Kiss dp (Basic Gray)
Ink: Memento tuxedo black (Tsukineko), fresh snow (PTI), Copic - Tea Rose colllection

FTTC38 -- Watercoloring

Hello everyone and Happy Birthday to my sweet friend Silke (aka sparklegirl)!! I hope you are having a wonderful b-day, girlfriend!

It's also time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday - FTTC38! Dee Jackson is our challenge host this week. Dee is challenging us to watercoloring. We can use any medium for watercolor we choose and any theme we want. Pretty simple and straight forward. Looking forward to seeing what you create with the watercolor challenge!

My favorite water coloring technique is using reinker & an aqua painter. I prefer to use the aqua painter because I can control the amount of water better than regular brushes.
I stamped this beautiful image from Cottage Home stamp set on the watercolor paper. Then I stared coloring with various reinkers and distress inks. Twinkling H2Os chestnut brown was used for some shading, too. After the image was completely dried, I teared the colored image panel and edged with the brown ink. Then it was mounted on the designer paper. To finish the card, the ribbon & the pearls are added.

Hello everyone~
I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I was out all day Saturday and pooped out pretty much after that. I stamped some on Sunday though :):) I'm going to be busy with stamping for the next couple week...hope you will come back to check my blog as well :):)

MOJO108

Hello everyone~
For today's card, I decided to bring my favorite House Mouse image for this Halloween again :) To see the last year's card, click HERE!
I used the sketch from Mojo Monday (MOJO108). I really, really, really love the sketch!! The designer papers are the same ones from the previous card. My love of KI Memories is coming back again, hee hee.

The mouse was colored with Copic markers and watercolored with Twinkling H2Os (chestnut brown). It was also paper toiled to give some dimension. The main mat was sponged with orange & olive inks. All the layers were sewed individually.

Stamps: Little Punkin, Mouse Feet (House Mouse), Spooky Sweets (PTI)

For my card, I decided to use Spooktacular Shilouette set. I stamped the images with VersaMark on the designer paper and heat embossed them with black EP. Then I just stamped the moon with SU lovely lilac ink. It's hard to see but I sewed the zig zag stitches around the edge of the main mat.

Although I've posted my cards for the last 3 days on my blog, I've been away from my stamp room more....you know why?

This is the reason :)

Let me introduce the new member of our family. Her name is Lemon Lime (my son named her, lol) and she is 100% Fiest (similar to Jack Russel). She is a very playful puppy and even jerks one of our 15lb cat's tail!! The good thing is the cat doesn't care, lol. Instead of cleaning inks off from stamps, I'm cleaning her pee & poo on the carpet for the most of the day :p She is a cutie though.

FTTC37 -- Sketch Challenge

Hello everyone~
It's a time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday challenge (FTTC37)!! For this challenge, Friends of Flourishes Team are celebrating the release week with 2 of 6 new release sets -- Christmas Drummers & Musical Score & Words!!
Cindy is our challenge host this week and she has a sketch challenge for you. Instead of it being just one sketch, though, it is a sketch four ways. The same sketch turned a quarter turn to give us four different looks. We like to call it a Sketch March in keeping with the drum and musical sets we are showcasing. So, you can decide if you want sketch option A, B, C, or D!!! You may even want to do all four!!!

I used Sketch C and the trumpet images for the main focus. I curved the trumpet stamp slightly when it was mounted, and stamped 4 times as shown. I colored the images with Copic markers and painted them over with VersaMark pen. Then they were heat embossed with clear EP. Next, the music score image was stamped for the background. After I sponged the mat, I simply stamped the sentiment.
The embossed scalloped mat was DTPed with the chalk ink. The ribbon & pearls were added for the finish.

Stamps: Christmas Drummers, Music Scores & Words (Flourishes)
Paper: bashful blue, bravo burgundy, pretty in pink (SU), classic white (Flourishes), designer papers (Basic Gray)
Ink: Memento tuxedo black, VersaMagic red brick (Tsukineko), bashful blue, pretty in pink, bravo burgundy (SU), Copic markers - Y26, 08, 06
Accessories: ribbon, pearls (both available at Flourishes)
Tools: Nestabilities

SC249 & C4C5

Hello everyone~
It's already Thursday?!? Where did the week go? Before you know it, it will be Christmas :o
I'd better making cards for Holidays but I really wanted to play the new set from Kitchen Sink Stamps! This set is called Multi Step Sunflowers and well coordinated with Multi Step Giant Sunflower. Beautiful images, don't you think?

I used the sketch from SCS Sketch challenge (SC249). I also enter the card for Crazy 4 Challenges 5 (C4C5) using the stitches. Mine is the faux stitches :) To place the stem part for the big sunflower behind the small flower, I masked the image and then stamped the stem. The embossed mat was DTPed with white ink to emphasize the words.
