FTTC181-Sketch Challenge & August Release Week!

 

Happy Tuesday everyone~

It is time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge (FTTC181)!! It is Heather’s turn to host and she has a wonderful sketch for you to play!

 

For this challenge, we are also showing one for August Release sets, With Gratitude. It was only available through a special offer in past but is now It is going to be offered for sale to everyone!

 

I stamped the image on the classic white with Memento espresso truffle. It was colored with Copic markers and the mat was sponged with Memento summer sky. The rest of the card was designed with the colored cardstock and Bo Bunny designer papers. The tag was created with Tailor-Made Classic Bookplate Template die.The white silk ribbon and light blue crochet ribbon were added. The sentiment was stamped with Memento tuxedo black on the green designer paper and the rhinestones were embellished.

Lastly, we are so sad for the sudden loss of our loving tuxedo cat, Ty. We don’t know what exactly happened to him but just found a half of his dead body (just tail and back legs) on a yard yesterday afternoon :( Looks like he was sliced with some kind of sharp blade and we haven’t found the rest of his remains yet. It is very shocking and I still couldn’t believe what happened… we miss him so much :’(

KS Monday–Big Balloons Birthday

 

Hello and Happy Kitchen Sink Monday!!

For my Kitchen Sink card, I used Multi Step Bunch O’ Balloons for the image.

The image was stamped with these steps: (Memento Ink pads are sold HERE)
Balloons: 5th – Memento rhubarb stalk, 4th – Memento lady bug, 3rd – lady bug (1 x stamp off), 2nd – Memento rose bud (1 x stamp off)  1st – Memento angel pink

Strings: 2nd – Memento espresso truffle, 1st – Memento toffee crunch

I masked the balloons and created the clouds with ink using the blending tool and cloud template. I stamped the sentiment from Whole Family set and simple embellished the pearls to finish off.

This card was used the sketch from Clean and Simple Stamping (FTL201).

Sweet ‘N Sassy Digi Challenge 65

 

Happy Friday everyone~

It is time for another Sweet ‘N Sassy Digi challenge (SNSDC65) and I am so glad to be back for the challenge again! The challenge is “Beary Special” – Use a bear image(s)/element(s) for your creation.

For my card, I used Doctor Rhubarb digital stamp for the image and Bear Get Well Wishes digital stamp for the sentiment. The image was colored with Copic markers. To finish off, I simply embellished the buttons on the card.

RI DCC–Black, White and One Color

 

Hello and happy Wednesday!

I have one card to show you for Designer’s Choice Challenge from Repeat Impressions !! Pattie J. is challenging us to use colors of black, white and one color of your choice.

You will have two weeks (Aug 14 ) to enter your project. When you finish your project, make sure you link it to the DCC post at RI blog where the inlinkz are located so that you will have a chance to win the RI gift certificate! My color of choice is blue and I used the image and sentiment from Big Boys Toys (Harley 9120-M and Born To Be Wild 9108-G). They were stamped on the white mat and each of the mats were sponged with ink. To finish off, I embellished the pearls on the top and bottom corners.

FTTC180–Inspired by Flourishes Gallery

 

Hello and happy Tuesday!

It is time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge (FTTC180) !! Allison is challenging us to use the Flourishes gallery and case (scraplift) a card. Make sure to credit & link the card creator ;) Please visit Flourishes blog for more information about the challenge.

 

For my challenge cards, I was inspired by Stacy Morgan :) I was in need to make a few sympathy cards quickly and this beautiful card (click to see) was just perfect to case.

I used Calla Lilies set and the image was stamped with off set on the classic white cardstock with Memento tuxedo black. It was colored with Copic markers and the edge of the panel was sponged with Memento summer sky using the blending tool. The card was designed with cardstock and Prima Meadow Lark designer paper. The sentiment was die cut with Tailor Made classic keyhole and the woven iridescent ribbon was attached to embellish. The gems were dressed to finish off the card.

For the other card, I flipped the card design and used the colored card front.

KS Monday– CAS Card with Cherries

 

 

Hello and happy Kitchen Sink Monday everyone~

I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I am still suffering jetlag :P I think I need a couple more days to get back to my normal routine, lol. I had a little time to stamp this weekend and I made a CAS card with the one of new sets, Multi Step Cherries :)

It is such a sweet and lovely set and I just love the images of the cherries!

The image was stamped with these steps: (Memento Ink pads are sold HERE)
Cherries: 3rd – Memento rhubarb stalk, 2nd – Memento lady bug, 1st – lady bug (1 x stamp off), repeat 1st step

Leave: 2nd – Memento cottage ivy, 1st – Memento pear tart, and 1st – Memento cottage ivy (1 x stamp off)h

 

The sentiment was simply stamped on the beside of the cherries and the rhinestones were embellished to finish off.

I made this card for my husband before I went to Japan. He received Bachelor degree for Project Management early June! It was 20 years after he graduated high school but once he started the collage course, he committed and finished in two years! I am vey proud of him!

I used Graduate Rhubarb digital stamp for the image and Graduation digital stamp for the sentiment. I created the triangle pennants on the top with SNSS Pennants & More die set and embellished with stars that was die cut with SNSS Stars die set and buttons. The image was colored with Copic markers and die cut with SB label 14 die. The sentiment was die cut with SB nested lacey pennants die.

Here is my card.

I used Daisies & Butterfly (9203-P) from Beautiful Days Collection for the main image. It was colored with the Copic markers and adhered on the frame that was die cut with SB pendants die. The sentiment, Thank you... (2524-F) was stamped on the oval tag and adhered on the bottom of the image. I also stamped Daisy (2625-C), fuss cut and  and adhered on each pennant. The rest of the card was designed with Prima designer paper. To finish off, the white pearls were embellished.

FTTC179 - Christmas in July

For my Christmas card, I used Christmas Candles set. The image and sentiment were stamped with Memento tuxedo black on the classic white cardstock and colored with Copic markers. Then it was die cut with SB label 18 and sponged with Memento cantaloupe. The mat was embellished with Want2Scrap Nestabling and adhered on the mat that was die cut with SB label 20. The card was designed with Bo Bunny Serenity designer paper and colored cardstock.  To finish off, the flower clusters were added on the corners.
