RI What If? Wednesday Sketch - A2011

Hello everyone~

It’s time for What If? Wednesday Sketch from Repeat Impressions!! You will have 2 weeks (until Tuesday, May 3rd) to enter your card using the sketch over RI Blog The House That Stamps Built. All participants will have a chance to win a $25 Repeat Impressions gift certificate!! I hope you will play along with us! Please check out RI Blog for more detail.

For my card, I rotated the sketch with 90 degree. I stamped Deer Family Silhouette (4221-K) on the main mat with VersaMark & brown ink and heat embossed with clear EP. Then, I sponged the background and shading with the same brown ink and the blender pen. The sentiment is from Quartet Complements Series (Plate 8600). To finish off, the card was dressed up with the decorative brads and gold pearls.

Be sure to check out the creations by the RI Rock Stars below to get more inspirations too!!

Awesome, Maki! Your deer look very dimensional! I like the sketch turned like that, and I love the shape that the deer are cut out in, too.
