OK, now for this week’s Digi Challenge…

The challenge is *Maki It Old* -Use any distress/sponge techniques for your creation to look vintage/antique. Hope you have a time to play along!

You can use any digital stamps. Only requirement is the image has to be digital – but if you have any digital stamps from Sweet ‘N Sassy Stamps, we’d love you to use them! Here is my card for the challenge.

I used Rhubarb’s Ice Cream for the image. It was colored with Copic markers and layered on the mat of Spellbinders Label 18 Nestabilities. It was dry embossed with SU Sizzix TI square lattice, sponged with ink to look old, and embellished with Want2Scrap label white pearls. The card was designed with the My Mind’s Eye designer paper and the colored cardstock. The background layers were distressed with TH distressing tool. The sentiment from Bear Sentiments Digi set was punched out with a SU circle punches and sponged with ink.  I added the banners of SNSS Pennants and More Dies on a top of the card and tied with the vintage twine. To finish off, I tied the seam binding ribbon.
