FTTC168–Pink-A-Licious Baby Card

Hello_Baby_1-1_edited

Hello and happy Tuesday!!

It is time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge (FTTC168)! Silke is challenging us to create a card/project with *PINK* as a main color.  It can be anything from softer pink shades to bright pink colors. Please visit Flourishes blog for more information about the challenge.

I used Hello Baby! for my Pink-A-Licious card! I am sending this card to Troy’s cousin who is having a girl very soon! (As I am writing this, I need to make a baby boy’s card for her sister, who already had a boy about a month ago! I think the blue version of this will be wonderful as well.)

I stamped the image with Memento tuxedo black on the Classic White cardstock and colored with Copic markers. The mat was sponged with Distress Ink spun sugar using Ink Bleding Tool and Foam. Then it was layered on the mat of SB Beaded Circles die. The card was designed with Glitz designer papers and colored cardstock. The sentiment was stamped on the tag of SB Fancy Tags die and sponged with Distress Ink brushed corduroy. The flower clusters were created with SB Rose Creations and pine needle punch. To finish off, the beaded circle mat were dressed with the pink pearls.
