KS Monday – Jun 28th, 2010

Hello and happy Kitchen Sink Monday, everyone~

I had a wonderful weekend …I watched my son, Trey was baptized yesterday morning. I’m so proud of him! I hate his dad missed the moment but he is coming home this week from Atlanta for 4th of July weekend :):) Not only that, one of Troy’s cousin’s daughter came to stay for a week yesterday. Another cousin lives next door from us and her daughter’s is staying there for the next couple weeks….the girls and my daughter, Kimberly are all about the same age, that will explains that we are most likely going to have a slumber party everyday this week, lol! Summer is definitely here!!

Today’s cards are used the color combo, RED, WHITE and BLUE…yep, I’m celebrating Independence day with KSS style!!

The fruits and sentiments are used from Multi Step Berries set. The background plaids are created with Plaid Plus! set. I used the same sketch & materials…just changed the main color for each card.

These are the steps I did for each image:
(strawberries) 1st – SU pink pirouette, 2nd – Memento lady bug, 3rd – SU real red , 4th – SU riding hood red

(blueberries) 1st – SU bashful blue, 2nd – SU pacific point, 3rd – Memento paris dusk (1 x stamp off), 4th – paris dusk

(leaves) 1st – Memento pear tart, 2nd - Memento bamboo leaves, 3rd – bamboo leaves
